Assistant Principal - Kirsten Eder
I am so excited to be the new assistant principal at Richmond County Elementary-Middle School. This will be my 8th year working in Richmond County Schools and I have been fortunate enough to work in several teaching assignments- kindergarten, fourth grade and as an ESL Specialist.
I graduated from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree double majoring in English and French with a minor in Educational Studies. I continued in Pennsylvania with my Master’s of Science in Elementary Education from Duquesne University. Most recently, I received an Administration and Supervision PreK-12 certificate from William and Mary College.
I am focused on building positive relationships with staff, students and families. I am very eager to meet and connect and my door is always open. I want staff and students to feel safe, heard and to understand that they belong and matter to our school community. I consider myself a learning leader who will work alongside students and staff.
Please know I am here for you and am ready to work for you.
