Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at Richmond County Elementary and Middle School!
As I begin my third year as Principal of RCEM, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our students, families, and staff. Over the past two years, I have been reminded again and again of what makes our Raider Family so special. Your support, dedication, and commitment to our students continue to make RCEM a wonderful place to learn and grow.
As we begin this new school year, our focus remains on creating a school environment where every student feels safe, valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. Our values of Respect, Responsibility, and Safety will continue to guide us each day. I am proud of the work our dedicated staff does to provide meaningful learning experiences and opportunities for our students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are excited to welcome back our returning Raiders and extend a special welcome to our new students, families, and staff. Whether you are joining our school community for the first time or returning for another year, we are so glad you are part of the Raider Family!
The partnership between school and home is an important part of student success. We encourage families to stay connected, participate in school activities, and reach out whenever you have questions, concerns, or ideas. We will continue to keep you informed throughout the year through newsletters, phone calls, and our school Facebook page. Please remember to update the front office if your contact information changes so we can stay connected.
It is an honor to lead RCEM, and I am excited for all that this year will bring. Together, I know we can continue to make a positive difference in the lives of our students and create another successful year filled with learning, growth, and Raider pride.
